SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 2-3 days for treats, bath and body product orders. Our dry food will be shipped withing 9-11 days of ordering for first time customers. We recommended getting set-up for auto delivery, so you never run out of the treats or supplements. Call us at 80151 03097 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set-up a subscription. Please allow 7 - 15 business days for delivery.
Do you offer subscriptions and auto delivery?
Yes we do. Contact us at 408 780 2275 or email@example.com for auto-delivery set-up. Our online subscription feature will be available in mid Fall.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via Delhivery or India Post. Please allow 24 hours from the time your order is shipped for the tracking status to be reflected.
What is your return policy?
On perishable food items, there are no refunds but we will certainly cancel an order before it is shipped if a customer so desires. Please allow 15 business days for processing refunds on cancelled orders.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at present we are unable to ship internationally.
