Please allow 2-3 days for treats, bath and body product orders. Our dry food will be shipped withing 9-11 days of ordering for first time customers. All orders will be shipped via Delhivery or India Post. Please allow 24 hours from the time your order is shipped for the tracking status to be reflected.

On perishable food items, there are no refunds but we will certainly cancel an order before it is shipped if a customer so desires. Please allow 15 business days for processing refunds on cancelled orders.

Domestic orders usually arrive within 4-8 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance, typically ranging from 2-3 weeks.

For domestic orders weighing up to 1kg, there's a flat shipping fee of INR 200. Shipping fees for international orders are determined based on the specific destination and package weight.
