The Seasonal Nutrition Plan is a comprehensive program designed to optimize health and well-being through the principles of Ayurveda. It features 3 Dosha Balancing Recipes which are complemented by weekly ingredient rotations to ensure a diverse and balanced diet. By leveraging seasonal ingredients, the plan aims to prevent disease and promote overall wellness, while also addressing dosha imbalances through the strategic use of foods and herbs tailored to each season. In addition to the core nutritional components, the plan includes: * One 60 Minute Mind-Body Nutrition Assessment Call * Meal Balancer for the first month, providing personalized support to kickstart dietary changes * 3 Dosha Balancing Recipes to support your pet through the seasons * 3 follow-up calls (20 mins each) within the initial 45 days to address concerns and track progress * 60 days of complimentary dietary support via WhatsApp for ongoing guidance and assistance.
