He focuses on a mindful yoga practise that helps one on a path of continuous mind-body-spirit connection development.

Aashish, an Internationally certified Heal Your Life®️ Coach and Workshop Leader, guides personal growth and transformation through nature and Shinrin-yoku. He leads the Daily SHOTT program at Rathna Center for Conscious Living, offering in-person and online mind-body-spirit experiences, drawing from over a decade of self-growth experience.

Her training programs enables the pet parents to Unleash the Trainer within themselves as she works on strengthening your bond as training your own dog, rather than involving a third person your dog is expected to listen to.
